Pre-Orders, Refunds and Exchanges
As our items are sold, and due to high demand for some items, it is normal for us to sell-out of some products. You have the ability to pre-order your items knowing they will get to you once they are made. Because each item is ordered in Ukraine, we are dependent on designers and manufacturers timelines and schedules for when our pre-orders are completed. It is our goal to ship your pre-ordered items to you as soon as possible, although they may arrive within 4-6 weeks from the day you place your order.
We will stay in touch with you throughout the whole process to ensure that you are informed of the progress on your order.
In the event that we cannot fulfill your pre-orders, you will be fully refunded for your order.
You will be charged the full amount once your pre-order is placed. If we cannot fulfill your order for any reason, you will be fully refunded for those pre-ordered charges.
Cancellations of pre-orders will result in store credit only and REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We are here to make sure that you are totally satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you would like to return your purchase you will be given either store credit for the amount of your purchase or your item will be exchanged (given the conditions mentioned below).
If the size of the item you purchased is not a good fit for you, if your item is damaged or defective, please send it back to us and we will exchange it for you. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
